Sunshine Haven may not be on the water but we are conveniently located and have worked hard to provide the fine details to create a perfect space - our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable and stress-free.
INSIDE DETAILS:
Just walking through the front door of Sunshine Haven will give you confidence that your stay will be full of great memories. We’ve added special touches, extra offerings and carefully decorated the entire space so you will feel comfortable, prepared and at home during your time in Door County. The entire home has been remodeled, decorated with a modern touch and furnished with all new furniture and appliances.
BEDROOMS:
Each bedroom was designed with comfort and convenience in mind - white linens, quilts and pillows are provided to bring the sunshine into each room. All the bedrooms have bedside lamps with USB ports, hangers, luggage stand, magnified mirror, extra throws and a ROKU tv.

#3 (first on the right) - Queen bed, walk in closet and workspace
BATHROOMS:
Modern designed full bathrooms, one on each floor, come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, makeup wipes, black makeup towels and soft white hand/body towels.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The large kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and is fully equipped with ALL new appliances (electric range, range hood, dishwasher, microwave and fridge). The cupboards are stocked with pots & pans, blender, toaster, crockpot, dutch oven, air fryer, hand mixer, baking sheets, casserole dishes, gridlde, utensils and some basic essentials of salt, pepper, cooking spray and olive oil. The large quartz island has seating for four while the dining table provides seating for eight. In addition, there is a coffee bar in the dining room that provides you with tons of options for your morning pick me up. We supply you the option of using a Keurig with 12 cup drip coffee maker, French press or hot water kettle. Coffee, tea, filters, creamer and sugar are all included at our coffee bar!!
LIVING AREAS:
The open concept design brings the whole entertainment area together. The Living room has two modern style couches and a 65" ROKU tv that dons the main wall so it's visible from all angles. Guests may use their own accounts as the tv's do include Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock TV, Disney+ and many more apps to access.
The spacious family room has an extra large sectional with chaise lounge, recliner, wood burning fireplace (NOT operable) that adds cozy charm and a 65" ROKU tv. The family room also has foosball and air hockey tables for hours of endless entertainment.
UTILITIES & ACCESS:
Brand new washer and dryer with a space to wash, dry, iron and fold your laundry is located near the family room. Laundry baskets, drying rack, iron, ironing board, fabric steamer, detergent pods, fragrance crystals, dryer sheets, wool dryer balls, stain remover and fabric refresher are also provided. Central air conditioning, heating, extremely fast wi-fi and a 4 digit personalized door code for smart lock provided to each guest.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The deck has a dining table for eight and casual seating for four. A gas grill, propane tank and some grilling essentials are provided for those nights you want to stay inl. An evening on the deck can be enhanced by the solar lights and tiki lamps. There is a fire pit for use with lawn chairs located in the garage - we do not however provide firewood. The side yard immediately off the deck is a grassy area to hang out and play with the yard games we provide, located in the garage.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
The front entrance and driveway is monitored by and exterior camera, smart detectors for fire and CO2 are located on both levels and fire extinguishers are available throughout the house for easy access if needed.
ADDT'L THINGS TO NOTE:
For those traveling with little ones, we provide a pack and play, bumbo seat with tray, high chair and stroller. Our game closet has books, games, puzzles and some toys for children as well as a few good reads for adults
