Spacious Cottage/Guest House, centrally located in Lakeland downtown. There is a beautiful park across the street for exercising. Dixieland Historic District is a charming neighborhood! Artsy, family-friendly, lots of antique stores, coffee shops, parks, lakes, and beautiful brick paver streets with historic bungalows. We are centrally located, which makes us close to everything!
