Relax by the fireplace, make smore’s on the back deck’s fire pit, have a game night or hit the slopes…there’s plenty of space to enjoy all the winter season has to offer in the Laurel Highlands of western Pennsylvania.
The ground level features an open floor plan — kitchen with double oven, large dining room table with seating for 10 plus 3 stools at the breakfast bar, high top table with seating for 6 (perfect for puzzles), large living area with a cathedral ceiling, Roku smart TV & gas fireplace, one bedroom, one full bath, full size laundry and garage access. The second level has the three remaining bedrooms & two full bathrooms. There is a desk & chair in the master bedroom to allow the option of working from home. Additionally, a full size refrigerator in the garage, along with a dart board and plenty of storage. Wifi available throughout the home.
