Walking inside, you will find a spacious great room that includes a kitchen, a dining area, and a large living area. Warm sunlight pouring in through the adjacent windows combined with the bright and breezy coastal style décor create a serene laid back environment. The tiled living area features a light blue couch, beige loveseat, and comfy oversized chair centered around a sisal rug and built in entertainment center.
The soft neutral color palette continues into the fully equipped luxury kitchen where you will find plantation shutters, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating for four. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six and sliding double French doors opening onto the screened lanai. Sip your morning coffee while enjoying the view of the beautiful lagoon and Long Point Golf Course from this screened veranda. A king bedroom with cream colored bedding, a colorful upholstered headboard, and an adjoining full bathroom with a tiled walk in shower are also conveniently located on the main level.
Going up the stairs, you will see the first of three additional bedrooms with gorgeous hardwood floors. The first features a queen bed with a cream bedding set while the second offers two twin beds and one double bed decorated with red and navy nautical-themed embellishments, and a flat screen TV. A full bath is situated in the hallway between the two rooms as well as a laundry room with a sink and counter area.
