Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this town house. The directions said that it is accessed by exterior stairs. That means there are 4 steps up to a porch and then you can enter the house. I stayed with 2 colleagues which were also attending the same conference as I was. The kitchen is good and I made dinners there. The dishwasher was a bonus. There were more cutlery, dishes and pans that I thought there may be. There is a full size fridge and stove. The common area is quite spacious. When we were there, only a window AC was working in the living room window and there was no AC in the second floor, so it was rather warm. I think that is being addressed. There were several small problems, which I reported to our rep and my comments were acknowledged and I was told that maintenance would deal with them. This is close to public transit, just a block behind and a short walk to get there. It is close to the downtown area, which is one reason why I picked it. This is on a short dead-end street, and the unit is at the dead end. We were able to park at the end of the street. We were there for 4 nights, and it was relatively quiet and I enjoyed sitting on the porch. The address is on a busy street, but because these are two sets of facing row houses, it is not really on the busy street, but set back. I would recommend this place.
