The peaceful sound of the water is heard throughout the house, making for a spa-like atmosphere. Large windows bring in tons of natural light and exposure to the stunning grounds. Watch the multitude of native birds visit the feeders. There is a secure privacy fence and fur kids are welcome.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and any utensil you might desire. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room or read a book on the oversized swing on the back deck as you take in all that nature has to offer…butterflies & hummingbirds abound during the warmer months. The den has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or game. The oversized half bath is conveniently located downstairs.
There are multiple options for eating locations including a formal dining room and covered patio. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a primary with a lovely deck overlooking the water. It boasts a king size bed while the opposite bedroom has a daybed that can be two twins or another king. A pack n play is also available. This home is perfect for couples or families. The shared bathroom is luxurious with a massive walk-in shower and gorgeous views.
