Undoubtedly the highlight of this residence, the shared poolside patio is the quintessential retreat for relaxation, especially on those hot summer days. POOL AND HOT TUB POLICY:
We're excited to offer our guests access to our home's pool and hot tub daily from 9am to 9pm. However, due to the significant utility costs associated with heating the spa, we will request a $80/day fee to cover these expenses.
To ensure your comfort, please inform your host in advance if you plan to use this amenity, as it takes approximately an hour to reach the desired temperature. Upon notification, we will request the spa fees and then provide pool and hot tub heating instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: leaving the pool heater on after your stay will incur an additional $80 charge. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain these facilities for everyone's enjoyment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-Primary Bedroom: 1 king sized bed with ensuite bathroom, work space, and balcony access with views of backyard and pool (upstairs)
-Secondary Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with full size beds on top and bottom with balcony access (upstairs)
-Secondary Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with full size beds on top and bottom with pull out sofa bed and TV (downstairs)
-Secondary Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (downstairs)
BATHROOMS:
-Ensuite Bathroom: Stand up shower with single vanity
-Secondary Bathroom 1: Upstairs secondary bathroom with large vanity and tub / shower combo

PARKING:

- We accept dogs (2 dogs max) and cats on a case-by-case basis.

-To prevent any potential damages, we request that pets stay off furniture when possible. Please bring your pet's own bedding or crate for their comfort.
-Please pick up all pet waste in yard during stay and before check-out.
