Welcome to Petal Pines! Nestled among the trees, our Petal Pines Cabin is a charming A-Frame retreat in the heart of the Sierras. The living area boasts stunning pine ceilings, creating a cozy ambiance. With a lovely fireplace for ambience, and a mini-split system for heat & air conditioning throughout, the cabin comfortably accommodates 5-6 guests.
This adorably remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom A-Frame with an expansive wall of windows in the mountains of Arnold, CA! The expansive deck offers tree top views where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a bbq dinner at night. Nearby activities include Bear Valley Ski Resort, White Pines Lake, Lake Alpine, Calaveras Big Trees State Park and the Stanislaus River.
You'll sleep comfortably with two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double Bed. Additionally, the loft area sleeps 2 people, with two twin beds. There is also a work space upstairs. We also offer a stackable Washer and dryer on site.
Stay connected for work and distance learning with our work station, which offers high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. Unwind with books, games and puzzles The fully stocked kitchen offers ample pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to cook up your favorite meals at the cabin. Gas grill and bbq tools on site.
Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.
Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.
Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).
Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.
Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
