The home can accommodate out of town family and friends for a nearby wedding at Appleford Estate, graduations from nearby universities, holidays, and other special events. This home is perfect for an executive corporate retreat. Gatherings of up to 20 people will be considered, but must be approved by the homeowner. The third floor has one bedroom with a queen size sofa bed in the sitting room/office that shares a bath. The first floor is ideal for small family gatherings, rehearsal dinner parties, and corporate meetings while on retreat. The basement includes a kitchen area (complete with dishwasher, refrigerator drawers, ice maker, and microwave), big screen television, pool table, fireplace, lounge seating, full gym, and, powder room. The private pool area includes 6 chaise lounges and table/chairs for 8. The back patio includes a large dining area with umbrella with lounge furniture. The Sonos system is throughout the house and outdoors. NO PETS ALLOWED.
