I have a very clean and spacious 3 BR, 2 BA mobile home that sleeps 6- 8 comfortably. There is one king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. There are two outside electrical outlets that are convenient for charging batteries for you professional and amateur fishermen. The home has recently been repainted and redecorated on the inside. The home is within 2 miles of the lake. It is truly located right in the middle of all the action at Beautiful Pickwick Lake. Aqua Yacht Marina, Grand Harbor Marina, and Pickwick Landing Marina are located within 10 minutes. Pickwick Landing State Park is within 10 minutes. Shiloh National Military Park is within 25 minutes. Golf courses in the area include Pickwick Landing Golf Course, Fox Chase Golf Course at Carroll Farms, and Shiloh Golf Course. There are two public boat ramps at Pickwick Landing State Park, two public boat ramps at the TN / MS State Line, a public boat ramp at the TVA Campground on the Savannah side of Pickwick Dam and a public boat ramp at Goat Island in MS.
