This maximalist designed home, thoughtfully decorated with eccentric colours and cosy furnitures, is the perfect location for a trip away. This home incorporates an open planned space sitting/kitchen/dining area, with glass sliding doors to the garden. There are two mezzanine landings: one hosting the study room with a roof terrace and the other, a family bath, laundry/utility cupboard and a boiler room.
Stepping into the first floor, we have the deluxe master bedroom with an ensuite. As you walk on to the landing of the second floor, you have the two double bedrooms that offer views of the back garden and the street. Finally, the third floor has the final double bedroom with a built in kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom, having the potential to be self contained - ideal space for a nanny.
This incredible space is simply not to be missed.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in easy walking distance of a great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars, Hamstead Heath is on the doorstep and there are fantastic transport links across London. The house is a 10 minute bus or taxi ride from St Pancras International and Coal Drops Yard. The nearest tube station is Archway, which is on the Northern Line and has two branches one via Charing Cross and the West End and the other via Bank and the City with easy connections onto other lines. The overland will take you to Shoreditch and Hackney to the East and Richmond to the West.
Tufnell Park is a primarily residential area, presenting pleasant tree-lined streets of Victorian terraces. The neighbourhood is well suited to those who want to live away from the hustle and bustle of vibrant street-life, although there is a social scene for those who need their social fix. The area is also suitably commutable to the vibrant central London buzz. Pubs and bars include Aces & Eights, The Boston Arms, The Junction Tavern and The Tufnell Park Tavern. The latter establishment has a great food menu, while the Spaghetti House is recommended for simple fuss-free Italian food.

The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds.
This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean.
This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
