Welcome to Piece of Mine Green, an enchanting micro-resort of three 1-bedroom cottages that deliver a tropical escape with snorkeling, kayaking, and shore fishing steps from the home's front door. With two neighboring cottages on-site—Piece of Mine Yellow or Blue—guests can expect a remote tranquil paradise along the island's south coast.
The cozy interiors feature a spacious primary suite with a queen bed, a full kitchen with modern appliances, and a furnished screened living area with oceanfront views. Air-conditioned interiors with complimentary wifi and SmartTVs in the bedroom and living area will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal including cookware, flatware, glassware, and cutlery. Small countertop appliances include a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. A dining table and a small charcoal grill are provided in the screened living area for island cookouts with tropical views. Multiple picnic tables dot the shoreline for alfresco dining by the sea.

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased over the summer months. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will contact the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
