Comprised of two bedrooms, two story townhouse style unit. This cozy unit is ready to go with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counter tops, flat screen tv's in each bedroom, queen size beds in each bedroom, among many other amenities.
Sleeping Arrangements: The home has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has one queen size bed, dresser and closet. The large guest bedroom has two queen size beds, two matching dressers, and a walk-in closet. The home can comfortably sleep a family of 6.
The home has access to a shared laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as outdoor sitting areas and gas grill. There is parking for two cars in the rear of the home.

Getting Around:
Staying in midtown allows the guests to walk to nearby grocery stores (kroger, Publix), gyms (LA Fitness), and other shopping and dining options located in Ansley Mall located nearly within sight of this home. Guests can also walk to the park and the neighborhoods other attractions. But there are also plenty of Ubers in the area to use, as well as access to Atlanta's subway transit called "Marta" which has a subway stop on nearby 10th street.

No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed- this will result in in a $500.00 fine and an immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Pets are welcome with a $100.00 pet cleaning fee.
To protect the comfort of future guests, this is a non-smoking property. a $500.00 upholstery cleaning fee will be accessed to any guests who smokes in the residence.
Please do not let you pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in 3x cleaning fees.
Please note: all guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to paying their own electric and natural gas costs (if any), re-billed monthly. And all guests staying 30+ days agree to pay a cleaning fee that is 2x the listed rate in order to deep clean the home after you leave in order to get it ready for next guests.
