Mauna Kea Sunsets is a single-level, upper unit condo that has 2 primary bedrooms each with their own bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. This home is perfect for families or two couples looking to share a home or families with kids.
The first primary has access to the lanai and views of the ocean and King bed. The second primary has a two TwinXL beds which can be combined as King with gel topper and views to the mountains. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a pack and play and other infant items for little ones.
The living room and dining room open up to a covered wraparound lanai. The large round dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people indoors and there is also table and chairs on the outside.
The lanai features lounge chairs and overlooks the 4th hole of the world famous Hapuna Beach Golf course (one of the best in Hawaii). The glass railings ensure you have the largest ocean and golf views possible.
The living room features a large UltraHD TV.
Mauna Kea Sunsets is in a short walk from the Kumulani gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center has a pool to enjoy and views out to the ocean.
As a Guest in this home, you have the option of registering for the Mauna Kea Club Amenity program for $130 / day in 2025, per group (Not per person) providing you with the opportunity to enjoy exclusive benefits at both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach Hotels. (Advance registration through Paradise In Hawaii and the Hotel required).
The benefits include charging privileges at both hotels, use of the hotel beaches and pools, towel usage, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers, and guaranteed parking at each hotel.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Within 10 minutes drive is three high end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
