This 4 bdrm and 2 bath Pine Lake vacation home sleeps 9 and is the perfect summer destination for your family vacation! This waterfront home has its own private yard, covered patio, dock and swimming area outside perfect for family gatherings, sitting around the fire pit (wood is provided!) or enjoying an early coffee while you listen to the loons. Pine Lake is located on the central-southern border of the Adirondack bordered by Kane Mountain to the south and Pine Mountain to the east. This property is in a prime location for all the best the Adirondacks have to offer with hiking, biking, mountains, lakes, parks, etc. But you are also within a 30 minute drive to the restaurant and services of Gloversville, Piseco, and Speculator. You also have access to the Pine Lake Park beach, a large sandy beach and swimming area perfect for kids. There are 4 kayaks and a paddleboard available to use. There is also a paddle boat which is nice for younger kids. There is a put-in available for boats so if you want to bring your own boat and keep at our dock....no problem! this home provides all the amenities you want in a beautiful Adirondack setting.
Inside you have 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen and dining area. A living room with views across the lake, a fireplace and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows. the bedrooms upstairs have a Queen bed with lake views and the other bedroom has the single over double bunk. On the lower level of the house there is another living room complete with couches and chairs and TV that can be used for gaming. Both the bedrooms on the lower level have queen beds and there is a full bath with walk in shower as well. There is fast and reliable internet and wifi available so you can get a couple hours of work done before the playing starts!
