Summary: Lovely area! Property was clean. Inside lighting was inadequate. 8:30am 2nd and 3rd morning awakened by painting crew there to paint front door which meant both days door was open/semi-open from 8:30 am to 5 pm., making it difficult to enter bathroom or leave property with electronics inside. Bathtub/shower drains very slowly. Toilet tank needs new float assembly.
