Perched on a beachfront hill, this condo provides you with a spectacular view of Flamingo Cove, the beautifully isolated Loros Island, the Marina, and a luscious green belt. Close proximity to the ocean and surrounding greenery allows you to hear the serenity of crashing waves and to witness different types of wildlife such as monkeys and a large variety of tropical birds.
The condo is part of the Flamingo Towers complex, which is located in the town of Flamingo. The condo is situated on the south end of the fourth floor allowing for the best vista the building has to offer (aside from the penthouses). Being the first unit on the fourth floor also means that the condo has a neighboring unit only on one side instead of both, offering added views and less noise for a more quiet, relaxed, and romantic setting.
Fully furnished and decorated by an interior designer, this condo offers the ultimate in style, comfort, and space. Living room seats 6 comfortably, has access to the back balcony and has a TV (Blu-ray, DVD, laptop compatible) with Cable service. Kitchen features granite counter tops and comes fully stocked with silverware and dishes as well as all appliances including microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and stainless steel fridge and dishwasher.
Dinner table comes with all tableware and seats 4. There is also a bar that seats 3. There are 2 rooms, one of which is the master that has a king sized bed with floor to ceiling windows that also serve as sliding doors leading out to the back balcony. The second room is equipped with a full sized bed and floor to ceiling windows that have access to the front balcony. Both rooms have their own separate bathrooms that offer views of the beach and greenbelt. There is an additional bathroom near the entrance of the condo that can be used for guests. Both the front and the back balconies are very ample and spacious.
The front balcony provides a view of the Marina and surrounding mountains while the back balcony provides a view of Isla Loros, Playa Brasilito, Playa Potrero, and Playa Conchal, as well as magnificent ocean sunsets every night. A brand new central AC unit, Wi-Fi, tiled floors, washer/dryer, towels, and linens are all additional amenities that are provided. Maid service will also be provided before, during (once a week), and after your stay. This service will be covered in your rental costs.
Additionally, the Flamingo Towers complex also offers 2 infinity-edge pools that are free to use for all owners and rentals. The building is further equipped with 2 elevators allowing for easy mobility, covered parking for every unit, and a 24/7 guard service that keeps watch of the building. There is also a manager present and on call everyday should you require any assistance during your stay.
We recommend a rental car with high clearance to get around in the area with ease.
Though relatively isolated, this condo is a 5 minute's drive away from the towns of Flamingo and Brasilito and the following beaches:
