The Manatee room is a nautical themed room with a private bathroom across the hall. All areas private and common, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
We follow the Cdc’s sanitation recommendations.
We are located on 4 relaxing beautiful acres with horses and plenty of quiet country ambiance. Walmart is 2.6 miles away! A continental breakfast is included.
A 36" TV streaming Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime, via Roku. Your private bathroom is right off of your room.
We have a Hepa filter in a common area in the guesthouse and it runs continuously to keep the air clean, fresh, and mold free. Plug-in room fresheners are used to keep the air smelling nice. If you have any sensitivities, please let us know so we can remove the air fresheners.
So sorry, no pets allowed. We strive to keep our place allergen free for those guests that have sensitivities.
We are not a hotel be we run our "bnb" like a hotel. We are passionate about what we do and how we do it.

You have access to a very nicely decorated living room and dining room area. You also have the use of a the kitchen with a full side by side refrigerator microwave and toaster oven. There is also a lovely, large covered deck outside to enjoy the country ambience, and a Gas Bbq grill
We are available to our guests if they need anything!
This is a rural area. The typical lot size on our street is five to ten acres (a handful are less though). Due to the ruralness of the area, our property is very private and quiet. The street side of our property is lined with tall hedges for even more privacy.
We are very close to many of the area activities. Restaurants, Swimming with the manatees, scalloping, fishing, area parks, and kayaking are all close by.
We provide a continental breakfast. The Breakfast provided is for breakfast only, including the juice and coffee. Please clean up any mess you make.
The guesthouse has a nicely decorated comfortable deck. Off the deck is a picnic table with a propane grill.
Additionally: check-in is between 2pm - 8pm.
If arriving later than 8pm, we will provide self check-in instructions.
We have 2 other separate listings in this home: The Tropical Master Suite and the Scallop room (all under Pleasant Days). Each room has its own living room. The dining room, kitchen, and outdoor areas are shared spaces. The Tropical Master Suite has its own private bathroom. The Manatee room and Scallop room share a bathroom.
On the other side of our property is our Southwest cottage. It is a private, stand-alone unit. It is beautifully decorated in a southwest theme.
Taking the Veteran's Expressway - Sr589, will bring you from the Tampa airport
straight to Pleasant-Days in about 1 hour. The exit is about 1 mile from the from gate.
Due to insurance purposes, we require all persons coming on the property to sign a release of liability and assumption of risk waiver. Government tax - 6 % of Rental.
