The Timbertop Manor House is nestled away on over an acre of wooded property but only 3 miles to the town of Newfoundland and only a short ride to wonderful Lake Wallenpaupack. Lake Wallenpaupack is just 5 miles north of our property where you can enjoy summer water sports, rent a boat or jet ski for the day. Visit one of our famous State Parks. Promised Land State Park, Tobyhanna State Park and Gouldsboro State Park are all between 15 and 30 minutes of us and offer superior fishing opportunities especially trout fishing in the spring.
Only 30 minutes away you will find Pocono's favorite ski mountain, Camelback Lodge along with Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari Water Park and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park and Tannersville Outlet shopping all only 30 minutes away.

75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.
