5 Bedroom House in Fountain Valley
Relax and enjoy life at this private 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom getaway home. It is located nearby everything that Southern California has to offer, such as, Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, and Huntington Beach! This home is newly remodeled with new furniture and styled with lots of pop art. All beds are queen-sized and equipped with memory foam for extra comfort. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen that is ready for home-cooked meals.

While booking our home, please kindly have in mind that we have a strict policy about 2 nights minimum for each stay during the week and 3 nights minimum stay for bookings starting on Friday and Saturday.
Starting from 12/20/20 until 01/10/21 we require 5 nights minimum stay.
This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.
*No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.
Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $25 dollars per night, for each additional guest.
By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
We do not allow any smoking inside our property. The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.
This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.
