Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home located only minutes from the water, where you can swim, kayak, paddle board or picnic. A great location for fishing so come prepared and bring your boat, as there is parking available on site. The boat ramp just a few minutes drive from the house.
The house offers a comfortable and relaxed stay, and is suitable for children plus we are pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard.

The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with separate toilet. The house has air-conditioning, and there is also a laundry for your convenience.
Two bedrooms have Queen Size beds and the third has a double bed. Toys, books and games are provided for the children.
There is a large 55" Smart TV with Netflix for entertainment, when you aren't out enjoying the beach, or the beautiful estuary or taking in the sites of our beautiful region.
Outside there is a dining table with 6 chairs, and a fire pit. The yard is fully fenced, and there is a doggy door if you have your pet with you.
The garden is full of edible goodies, and no sprays are used on the property. You never know what you may find growing during your stay. Maybe it will be raspberry season. Or maybe a sweet potato to wrap in foil and cook in the fire pit. Yum!
You will have the house to yourself, however the garage will be locked and not available for use.
The house is located at the rear of the block, as there is a granny flat at the front of the property. They are completely separate and each is very private.
The host does not live on the property, but is available at all times should a problem arise.
Pottsville is located on the Tweed Coast, half way between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. The area is famous for its beautiful beaches and estuaries and provide wonderful opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing, boating and all forms of water sports. There are so many perfect, safe areas for children.
Watch the whales pass by from May to November, take long leisurely walks along the beach which stretches for miles in both directions.
Pottsville has many cafes and restaurants plus Pottsville Bakehouse, IGA supermarket, Pharmacy and more. The local shopping village which is closer to where you will stay, has Pipit Restaurant, Pottymouth Pizza, Black Rock Bakehouse and more.

Although you could walk to the water and the local neighbourhood shops, a car would be advisable so you could enjoy all our beautiful coastline and area has to offer.
We are pet friendly, however please send a request with the breed of your pet so we can assess if they are suitable. We prefer small dogs, so they do not cause too much disturbance for neighbours.
They are not to be left alone at the property unless you can guarantee they will not bark in your absence. They are in a different environment which can be unsettling, so they may not act in the manner they usually do. They are not to be left alone in the house at any time, and please keep them off the furniture and beds.
With electricity prices on the rise, please be considerate when using the air-conditioning, it doesn't take long to cool the house down, so don't leave it running when you go out, or running all night. We are close to the ocean, so why not take advantage of the beautiful breezes at night.
