Summary: Everything was fine with the staff; they were nice and friendly but the management was very disappointing. I lost the key from the safe box, it was my fault no worries to pay for a key replacement. But when the manager arrived the next day, instead of coming and help us to solve the problem he took his sweet time to have his coffee while we were wasting half of the day waiting for him to provide the spare key. Ps we are in 2022 every hotel and pousada should have a digital safe box. Other than that I definitely recommend anyone to stay at Pousada Pontal da Ferradura. Btw they have very tasty caipirinhas!!!!
