Positive: Is a clean place only , maybe because is new .
Negative: Is a very bad location for a tourist , in the booking the showed a balcony street view but is not , I arrive to the building and the guard didn’t not know about my reservation, next day from 8 am someone was banging near by my room untill 11 am time of my check out obviously they still working on the building , they property ask you to throw all your waste , I travel for work and relax but not to do domestic things For two nights i pay 120 dollars, I could have gone to a better place more relaxed .
Summary: No tiene nada a los alrededores, no recomendable.
