This lovely 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home, in the outstanding "Presidio in the Pines" development is centrally located, and perfect for Northern Arizona fun! It is just a few miles west of Historic Downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, just 20 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, half an hour drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, 45 minutes down one of the most scenic drives through Oak Creek Canyon to the Grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks and only a 1 ½ hour drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park!
This handsome property, built with an open floorplan and numerous upgrades, is sure to be an ideal retreat while enjoying Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. You will appreciate the warm, comfortable feeling and pleasing décor that make this mountain cabin so special. With one sofa and an oversized chair encircling the gas fireplace, with flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above, this living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day’s adventures with family and friends.
The dining table has seating for 4 people, as well as an additional 4 stools at the nearby breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, along with everything else needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas range, over-the-stove microwave, refrigerator with icemaker & drink dispenser, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, knife set, electric can opener, and drip-style traditional coffee maker.
Right off the living area, you can relax outside on the back porch, complete with a propane grill. At night, you’ll love the fire pit.
The Master Bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, and flat screen TV on the dresser in front of the bed. The master bathroom is beautifully adorned with granite countertops and tile in the walk-in shower. You’ll love the master large walk-in closet. The double-vanity allows plenty of space for two people. There is a separate enclosed space for the commode.
The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and a closet.
The second guest bedroom has a full-sized bed and a closet.
The couch pulls out into a queen bed.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available.
There is a Ring Video Monitoring Doorbell Camera, located on the exterior of the property.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.
This is a new subdivision. There may be some construction taking place during your stay.
