On the second floor, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite for ultimate privacy. The laundry room equipped with new full size washer and dryer and provided detergent, ensures your stay remains hassle-free.
Bedroom #1 features a new king-sized bed with a therapeutic mattress and a 55” smart TV.
Bedroom #2 offers a comfy new pillow top queen-sized bed and a 50” smart TV.
Both bedrooms have a dresser and generous sized closets, perfect for our extended stay guests. Each ensuite is stocked with essentials like hair dryers, soaps, and washes for your convenience.
Extended Stays (28+ Days):
For extended visits, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Here’s what to expect: (1) housekeeping every two weeks for an additional cleaning fee of $249, (2) a driver’s license or government-issued photo ID for ALL guests, (3) a signed short-term lease, (4) a security deposit, and (5) proof of renter’s insurance for all your peace of mind. All adults MUST be registered, and visitor access requires prior approval.
