Once you step inside, you feel this is different. It’s like walking into a showroom of quality. In this classy enclave, surrounded by beautiful homes, our lifestyle sanctuary is smart and sophisticated and the perfect holiday indulgence.
You’ll love conversations over a South Australian wine in front of the gas log fire in the beautiful front lounge sinking into the stylish King Furniture couches. There’s actually a wet bar set up in the garage adjoining this lounge, for easy access of supplies if desired.
A dedicated office space with the extra single bed with trundle if needed gives you a place to do some remote working in peace and quiet. The house is also equiped with 50 MBPS high speed internet.
The main bedroom has a sumptuous queen size bed, mood lighting, a walk in robe with safe and a stunning ensuite with gorgeous Prija products for your use, a double shower, double vanity and a heated towel rail. Feeling fresh the main bathroom has the same comforts, with a single shower and sublime bath.
There are 2 further bedrooms – one set up with twin beds, the other with a queen, both with storage, block out blinds and are carpeted. The open plan living and dining area is set up with a 6-seater dining table, an incredible modular lounge and a 65" Sony smart TV with home theatre speakers, while the kitchen will cater for every holiday need with its plumbed in fridge, Bosch appliances and coffee pod machine.
Live it up outside with its 6 seater timber outdoor setting and barbecue when you want lazy lunches on the terrace, and kids can play safely on the mod-grass lawn while you lap up the sun on the bench seats. It’s more than a holiday, it makes you feel like you’re at home.

Home to the Royal Adelaide Golf Course, you can enjoy the sporting lifestyle, sailing and local history that makes Grange so vibrant. Take your time to enjoy the historical walks featuring sandstone and bluestone buildings, Victorian terraces and the Grange Hotel (licenced in 1881), but most importantly, the name ‘Grange’ comes from the cottage owned by Charles Sturt that now stands as the Charles Sturt Museum that was built in 1840-41 in the heart of Grange (note, the annual South Australia History Festival is in May).
Explore the beaches and take the popular 4 kilometre walk from Jetty to Jetty from the Grange Jetty, or sink a few balls at the Grange Golf Club before a few bevvies and a meal at the 19th hole. Grange is renowned for its beautiful beaches, and easy access to Henley and Glenelg to the south. Some great places to dine include Estia, a Greek restaurant at Henley Square, Secrets by the Sea at Henley Beach for some seafood or the swish The Links Hotel.

NOISE LEVELS
Quiet hours are from 8 pm-8 am. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.
PARKING
You must abide by all parking regulations and rules during your trip. Please ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or neighbours when your vehicles are parked.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCES
Smoking is prohibited inside of the property, however, you are free to smoke using the outdoor dining area so long as all of your ashes and all buds are disposed of properly. Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly. No illicit substances are permitted on the property.
PETS
Pets are not permitted.
BREAKAGES
If you notice or create and breakages, please contact us immediately so we can address this. Accidents happen which we all understand, however, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.
LATE CHECK OUT
Our cleaners are on a busy schedule. If they arrive and you have not checked out there will be an additional charge of $100 per hour.
IDENTIFICATION
We require a copy of Government photo ID prior to arrival. We do not store or share your ID. Also a Check In Form is required to be completed.
LOST KEYS
If you lose the keys then you will be charged for replacement.
If you lock yourself out of the property there is a $100 call out fee.
A deposit of $150 is charged until keys, cards or remotes are returned.
BBQ
Please clean after use. Extra cleaning will be charged if required.
BINS
Please place rubbish in the external bins and place on the street for collection if full.
