You live in the middle of the vineyards and yet centrally located. Here you will find wonderful landscapes where water and earth meet.

The apartment is ideal for two people, or for a family with two children from the age of 12! Parents sleep in the bedroom. Children on the cozy sleeping couch (see photos)

My apartment consists of two rooms, open kitchen, bathroom. It is modern and stylish. With large bright windows, lots of light, a small but cozy balcony, a completely furnished new kitchen, bathtub, large TV and of course I give you my WiFi and internet access.
A large and cozy designer bed of 180 x 200 is waiting for you. As well as an additional cozy sofa bed of 160 x 200 in the living room (I provide you with bed linen).
There is enough space in the bathroom, a bathtub in which you can also shower!

You have two own parking spaces.
The apartment is in a quiet location right on the vineyard and yet very central with excellent connections.
By car you are in 3 minutes on the A61, in 5 minutes on the A60, in 16 minutes in Bad Kreuznach and in 20 minutes in Mainz, it takes about 10 minutes to the Bingen Rhine bank.
In the commercial area of the neighboring village "Münster Sarmsheim" 7 minutes by car, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities in a confined space ... Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Tanken, DM, and much more ...
In the pedestrian zone of Bingen you will find further shops and shopping opportunities ...
