Welcome to "Ten Palms" located in the incredibly convenient Richmond Villa neighborhood of Virginia Trace. One-mile from the nightly live entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing! On your way, you’ll pass the Canal Street Pool and Recreational Center and Virginia Trace Pool. The Yamaha golf cart will take you to 12 Championship Golf Courses within minutes! The furthest being the Nancy Lopez Country Club at 7.6 miles.
Beautiful golf front Courtyard Villa featuring an open layout. Like new, easy clean and low maintenance. Remodeled and uniquely reconfigured in 2015. The front entry is screened for cross ventilation. Enjoy high quality furnishings throughout and no carpets. The living room features a 65” LED Smart TV. The kitchen has a gas stove. Outside the kitchen, you’ll find an outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 50" Roku TV, with a full bath closet combo. The guest room has a queen-size bed and full bath. It can be separated from the living area with a pocket door. Both bathrooms have tile walk-in showers and solar tubes for daylighting.
The spacious outdoor patio faces west. It comes with palms and sunsets, so bring your smiles and laughter!

Summary: Nice easy location near the Sumter square, There’s a lot of 9 hole executive courses all around you & it’s only $11 to pay. The house is as expected & has everything you should need for cooking, just bring your own spices. The golf cart is a plus!
