General Cleaning: We provide a standard cleaning service included in your reservation to cover laundry and light cleaning of the home. This service ensures that the property is in a clean and sanitary condition upon your arrival. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourselves during your stay.
Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. If the property is left in a messy or disarrayed condition upon check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition.
Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.
Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.
