This large Victorian home has recently been remodeled from top to bottom. The wrap around front porch provides endless hours of ocean views & relaxation. Large open concept kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, includes dishwasher. The center island has counter seating for 6, main table can seat 10-12 and laundry is located on first floor.
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Sleeps up to 12 - Beds: 1 king, 2 queen, full/twin bunk, 2 twin beds and a pull out queen on main floor for a mobility friendly space. Living area has a 60" flat screen with cable. Extra long driveway easily fits 6 cars. In the yard you'll find an outdoor shower, BBQ, large picnic table, multiple seating areas & bike rack.
6 Beach badges are provided for your stay.
We provide bed linens, beach & bath towels. House has cleaning supplies and many everyday things you find in the kitchen. (Keurig machine, soap, sponges, lunch bags, plastic wrap, tin foil..etc)
New Central Heat and AC system.
Playground and Mini Golf located up the street.

Summary: Great location, quick walk two houses from the beach. The main floor was great for entertaining (huge dining room table) and great big island with a family room attached to this main space along with a laundry closet and bathroom. Easy access to front porch where we spent mornings and evenings. Porch could use ceiling fans. The finishes throughout the property were all perfectly fine, but nothing luxurious. We were there with our teenagers for 3 weeks who could get a bit rowdy on the back patio which is something to consider given there are 2 rental units in the back house with folks who work fulltime and didn't appreciate our noise level, so it wasn't an entirely private property. The detail of the backhouse was not disclosed to us upon booking. It was great to have the whole driveway which fit many cars. Grocery stores are a few miles away. Overall it was pretty good.
