This is at an open residential neighborhood and is very easy to navigate. There is parking in the garage, driveway and on street to accommodate 4 cars.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). NO ANIMALS, NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS anywhere on property.
Most guests will travel with their own vehicles. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Public buses are accessible on State Street, approx 1/2 mile away.

*NO FOOD on the beds or in the bedroom at all please.
*Please be respectful of neighbors. We live in a residential neighborhood and keeping good relationships with our neighbors is important to us. Quiet hours are from 9 PM-9AM, that also means being quiet late in the evening if using the Hot Tub. No Hot Tub/Patio lights after 11pm.
*Please be mindful and respectful of guests in the basement apartment and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM-7 AM.
*NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOME). Thank you for your cooperation.
*Please no gatherings or events with more than your reserved guests.
*NO PETS allowed in the home or on the property.
*DO NOT use metal utensils on the pans – only plastic or wooden utensils. Please do not use non-stick spray on the frying pans, it will ruin the surface.
*If the trash fills up during your stay, you can take it out and put the bag in the GRAY TRASH bin on the East side of the house. If it is not full at the end of your stay, just leave it and we will take care of it during cleaning.
*You are welcome to park in the garage, in the driveway, and on the street, with a maximum of 4 cars. Please leave space on East side of driveway (Right side) for basement guests’ vehicle.
