Only a 4-minute drive to trendy Downtown Woodstock! The apartment has a private entrance accessed through the backyard. Enjoy the outdoor eating area overlooking woods and a creek.
This comfortable apartment can only accommodate a Single Guest. Its interior doors have been closed off from the rest of the home, keeping it completely private. We do live in the home, so we ask that you use street parking as we reserve the driveway for our personal vehicles.
Fully furnished and stocked with all the things you need to enjoy your stay:
--Minimalist decor
--Full-size bed for the comfort of a single guest. Bedding is changed between each guest, so you will enjoy a freshly sanitized bedding set.
--A desk, chair and lamp are located in the bedroom.
--Large closet with hangers, an extra blanket, and a laundry box for dirty towels & bedclothes (located just outside the bedroom). An iron and board are also located in the closet.
--Seating: A futon with extra blankets facing a smart TV for your enjoyment, and a dining table with stools.
--Kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, single induction heating unit, refrigerator, coffee maker and a starter amount of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer for making your favorite brew in the morning in a cozy mug. A full set of glassware, flatware and tableware is available for your use.
--Bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is a tub/shower, single sink and shelving unit for your convenience. Extra towels are provided. A hair dryer and flatiron are available for your use.
--Thermostat for air conditioning and heat and ceiling fan for your optional use are located in the kitchenette/living areas.
--Quick and easy access to the highway I-575, Highway 92, and only 4 minutes from Downtown Woodstock, 10-minute drive from The Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta, 7 miles from Kennesaw State University, Downtown Atlanta is 30 miles away, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport 40 miles. If you enjoy the outdoors, Lake Allatoona is just 7 miles away and Kennesaw Mountain is 13 miles away.
--Guest access: A Single Guest has the private use of the entire apartment during your stay. Everything you need will be in the apartment, including an extra blanket in the closet, but if you need anything, extra towels/linens etc just shoot me a text! . The single guest is welcome to enjoy outdoor eating area and backyard overlooking woods, observing many species of birds, squirrels, rabbits, and deer, or just enjoying a sip of coffee. You may see us on the grounds occasionally.
Things to keep in mind:
**Available for the One Registered Guest Only. Only you, the Registered Guest, may be present at this property and may not have visiting guests or accompanying guests over for any period of time. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in the apartment is one (1) person.
**If you are a Smoker, unfortunately this is not the right place for you. The host has asthma. Absolutely No Smoking, No Vaping, No drugs, No Cannabis, No Alcohol inside the Apartment or around the property.
**There is a dehumidifier in the unit, it will stop when it is full. You can contact me to empty it if that happens.
**To keep the apartment fresh, we are only accepting guests for up to four contiguous nights.
