Private, end of cul-de-sac lakefront home on 1+ acre wooded lot. Fully renovated main and guest homes, connected via a carport.
LIVING AREAS:
The main home's main level living is in an open concept layout: kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, appliances and a center island with seating. The dining area has a bar and desk adjacent to it. The living room has a sliding glass wall that allows for a true indoor / outdoor experience as it opens to the outdoor patio and living space with a fire table, couches and chairs, a swing, dining table and grill.
The walkout lower level has large living spaces (two couch and chair areas), a barm a desk available with monitors set up to plug into and access to the peloton and concept 2 rower.
The guest home has one bedroom with two twins, a living room and dining space, a kitchen (refrigerator, sink, stove top, convection oven / microwave unit), and full bathroom.
BEDROOMS:
The main home has 4 bedrooms (3 full size beds, 1 queen) on the first level and a master bedroom (California king) on the lower level / walkout basement.
* Main house bedroom closets are locked for owner user. There are storage available in drawers in bedframe, drawers in desks, or chests in rooms.
The guest home has two twin beds in the bedroom on the main level.
All towels and linens are provided and washed for you after your stay (guests are welcome to use washer/dryer).
AMENITIES:
There are private walks way from the houses to the private beach areas and sitting area on the shore. The main house is equipped with High-speed broadband Wi-Fi internet that works all the way down to the beach. Signal does not transmit to the guest house.
- There is a fire table, outdoor tables and chairs on a patio by the guest house as well as by the larger beach.
- There is a fire pit, horseshoe pit and a beach volleyball net in the sand.
- The floating dock has a ladder as well as a diving board as well as tie downs for boats.
- There is a kayak and canoe onsite.
- The boat house has a small refrigerator in the closet.
- There is a private boat slip on property.
- Peloton and Concept Rower available for use.
There are 4 TVs on property: one in the guest house living room and three in the main house (main level living room, lower level living room, master bedroom).
ON-SITE BOAT DOCK AVAILABLE:
This house is one of the only lake homes around Charlotte with two boat slips available the duration of your stay. Bring your own boat and launch it from the home or at Papa Doc's, a short 5 minute boat ride, and park attached the the dock. Tie down your boat on the floating dock (arrangements for onsite covered boat lift may be possible with advance notice).
The lake is huge -- full of beautiful houses, on the water restaurants with boat parking (Papa Docs), and tons of cool Sand Bars and islands to hang out on -- EXPLORE IT!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located just 25 mins from uptown Charlotte, this home is convenient to all the surrounding area has to offer (outlet mall, movies, Carowinds, restaurants, grocery, bowling, arcade, laser tag, marina are all 5-15 minutes from the house). Even though you are close to retail shops and malls, you'll escape from the busy world when you drive down our 1/2 mile wooded gravel road that only serves 4 homes.
GETTING AROUND:
Uber and Lyft are very active in Charlotte. Ask us about our connection for pontoon boat rentals!

The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside and a $1000 fee for a pet violation.***
