Get outside and enjoy the adventure Estrella Mountain has to offer you with Nicklaus designed Troon golf course, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball, 33-miles of world class walking/hiking/biking trails, neighborhood playgrounds, parks, restaurants and much more.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable. We recently added a water softener to the home and water filtration system in the kitchen for cooking and drinking water!
House is equipped with smart TVs throughout to stream movies and TV shows. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom & bathroom, plus 3 additional bedrooms and bathroom. Loft area for extra space with sectional to stretch out.

Power: USB Adapters throughout the house and in each bedroom for easy access to power up your devices.
Pool heating: During cooler months, having the pool heated is highly encouraged but will be charged a daily fee of $65. This charge will be handled separately as a payment request and will not be included in the initial booking.
BBQ grill: Traeger BBQ & CharBroil grill is ready for your grilling pleasure.
Mattresses: All mattresses are memory foam. They are on the firmer side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all. Each mattress is protected with a hypoallergenic mattress cover for your health and safety.
Loft Sectional/Sleeper: The loft sectional can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa which can fit 2 kids or 1 adult. Air mattress is available as well.
For parties larger than 8, there will be a small additional fee per person per night due to providing for these sleeping accommodations as well to cover cost of increased use of consumables.
Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
