The space
This three-story home with beaming wood ceilings, and a catwalk loft overlooking an open concept kitchen and living room offers plenty of space for the whole family! With 1 king-size bedroom, 3 queen-size bedrooms, another private room with queen bed plus daybed with twin size pull-out trundle, and 3 full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for 12 guests to sleep comfortably. (More guests are allowed for an additional fee).
A perfect vacation for every season -
During colder weather, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowmobile trails and snowmobile guided tours. King Pine Ski Area (16 minutes); Snowmobile tours (14 mins), Cranmore Mtn (25 minutes), and Attitash (40 minutes). Story Land (40 mins).
During warmer weather, enjoy one of the cleanest, most beautiful lakes in NH! Silver lake is ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and just going for a swim! Nichols Beach is just 1 mile away! Venture off on some easy hikes at Madison Boulder or Foss mountain or try a variety of more challenging trails in the White Mountain National Forest. Take a 20 minute drive to North Conway for shopping, recreation, and dining. Saco River Tubing is 20 mins away and White Lake Speedway & State Park are less than 10 minutes away.
Don't feel like going out? No problem! The house also has a furnished basement with a pool table, shuffle board, Foosball, mini fridge and bar for those days you just want to stay in! Walk out the kitchen sliders to a large wrap around deck and patio with lots of lounge options, dining tables, a hammock, Adirondack chairs around the Breeo smokeless fire pit, a gas grill for some delicious BBQ and soak in the luxurious hot tub!

Guests will have full access to the entire home and all its amenities. Come make our home YOUR home with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite home cooked meals - just grab some groceries and enjoy. Curl up on the couch and enjoy your favorite live or on-demand TV thru Roku. No need to pack extra- a washer and dryer are available for use during your stay and complimentary WIFI is available to all our guests.
Bed linens and towels are provided for a service of 12, plus an extra bath towel for each guest.
For families with infants, there is a pack-n-play and high chair. In the garage you'll find corn hole boards, boogie board, pool noodles, sand toys, and other outdoor activities available to you.
