Located in a quiet neighborhood with complete privacy, minutes from Fiesta Texas, Sea World & restaurants.

- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 24 feet and 4.5 feet deep.
- Pool will be closed from November 15th until March 1st.
• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for bbq.
This 2200 Sqf home includes 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Includes a game area with arcade, ping pong table and air hockey table. Includes a pool in the 2nd floor's deck with an open view to the nature surrounding and chill area to get your tan on. Plenty of free private parking is available and a BBQ area.
I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn, or sit on the swing in the front porch. Play Air hockey or ping pong in the game area, Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees.
