The guesthouse has been converted from an oversized 3-car garage to a traveler’s delight. It is located in the owner’s backyard but is a separate unit with its own entrance and parking.
Ample natural sunlight and newly renovated, contemporary décor give the studio a spacious feel. Every feature was designed with your stay in mind - from the plush queen-sized bed and fully equipped kitchen to a bathroom that will have you feeling like you just stepped into a spa experience.

Hop onto I-70 and you can experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour.

One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.
Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is East of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while I-70 East intersects with I-25 to access Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to nearby Highland and Berkeley, the RiNo Art District and LoDo (Lower Downtown) are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!
