This upscale apartment home is ideal for mature professionals who need to feel safe and "at home" while traveling. Positive energy and a laid back atmosphere is what you will find. This home is very well kept, very quiet and offers a great design for privacy and spaciousness.
In the past, traveling health care professionals, engineers, physicians, a pilot and two doctoral candidates have called it home I look forward to hosting similar professionals.
With just over 1,300 sq. ft of living space, you will enjoy a private bedroom and a stocked private bathroom. From luxury linens, spa shower heads and motion sensory lights, you will feel welcomed and pampered.
Each bed and bath are located on the opposite end of the home. A functional and comfortable living area separate the bedrooms.
This floorplan offers a secluded patio just off the living space. Shaded throughout the day and lit at night, this private nook is great for grilling and dining, reading/drawing and even meditating. If faces a quiet greenspace and a dense tree line.
This planned community targets professionals, so very few children live here. Each home is built with a unique sound barrier for added privacy.
Each guest has the full use of the home. That includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, sheets and comforter(s). Please refrain from bringing those items with you. That's the awesomeness of Airbnb. It allows professionals to have access to all of the "at home" conveniences without having to pack them.
New pillows are provided for every extended stay guest.
To ensure safety, yours and mine, guests are not allowed. Visiting spouses are an exception. Any entertaining (of my personal friends or neighbors) will be shared in advanced.
This house is usually quiet by 11pm. Ear buds are recommended after that time.
There is no cleaning fee! A cleaning service will be scheduled every other week to keep the home presentable and healthy.
Five minutes from the interstate. 20 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to the mall. Multiple fitness centers, parks, restaurants and retailers are close by.
Mutual respect is required. Quiet time begins at 11pm. Earphones should be used after 11pm, if listening to audio. All phone conversations should be kept private. Maintaining a clean space is required. Leave all areas as you found them. No guests are allowed in the home. No drugs. No loud offensive language.
The bedroom is not a studio apartment or a dorm room. Meals should be eaten at the kitchen island, the dinner table or on the patio. Small snacks are allowed in the bedroom. Please pack lightly. Everything is provided for your stay. Storage space is limited.
Located in the SE suburbs, you'll have access to typical ride-share services, if needed. There is no public transportation.
