Stubbs Cove Overlook is on the public side nestled inside a cove that has easy access to the main water but free of busy boat traffic for fun swimming.
GAME CHANGER: One of the biggest complements we receive is that 4 of our bedrooms have their own private/attached bathrooms. Talk about stress reduction with lots of friends and family staying together! This unique feature is one that brings guests back time after time. In addition, we added walk-in closets to 3 of our bedrooms to allow separate sleeping for little ones in pack-n-plays. This too has turned out to be a great aspect for many families.
PERSONAL OFFICE - still have to get some work done? We have an office that is perfect for setting up your computer, printer, etc....
SEATS 12 AT DINING ROOM TABLE - - whether eating, having a meeting, or just playing board games this custom made table makes all the difference.
The home has a great boat house perfect for sunning, swimming, fishing and playing on the cozy beach. The end of the dock provides deep water of 3-4 feet depending on rain fall.
Stubbs Cove is a great inlet that allows quick access to main lake but allows for safe swimming off our private dock. We are very close to Lake Anna State Park which provides boat access to the Stubbs Cove area. We are also only a 10 min boat / car ride from Hunters Landing for easy launching and fuel refilling.
The home is designed like a bed and breakfast with relaxation in mind. Beautiful finishes are used throughout with fine woods, granite, oil-rubbed bronze and other modern features. Attention to detail can be seen with such amenities as a walk-in pantry, laundry chute, tv/game room, 2nd refrigerator in the garage and beautiful wood-burning, 2-story, stone fireplace with wood beams.

The home has five bedrooms, a den/loft, and an office.
The house has five full baths, four of which are directly attached to bedrooms. Each bedroom downstairs has their own full bathroom and double French doors leading to the outdoors, giving these 3 bedrooms the feel of private hotel rooms.
The master bedroom upstairs has its own full bath, luxurious tile floors, and a large soaking tub and separate shower.
The bunkroom is on the main level with the Master and has four twin beds as well as a full/large-bathroom across the hall.
Downstairs also has a TV/Game room with foosball table and flat-screen with Comcast/DVD, and great selection of board games and movies.
Whether you are enjoying the sun-deck of the large, two-slip, boat house (one of the slips is available for guests to use for their boat); soaking up the rays or grilling your favorite meal on the large house deck; roasting marshmallows around the fire-pit; or just relaxing by taking-in the lake views - - you will enjoy the outdoors at Stubbs Cove.
There is so much to do within an hour of our location, or just enjoy all the lake activities.
