Positive: The staff were all friendly, helpful and very welcoming. It was well located for the activities we had planned for our stay. and Museum Station was a short walk if we needed to go further from the accommodation. All the public areas were spotlessly clean. The room was well appointed and comfortable - really liked the Pillow menu!!. The view from our room over Hyde Park was beautiful and even better at night. We felt very relaxed during our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Negative: The cleaners on our floor (17) were noisy early in the morning
