Step inside and discover a newly built 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom cabin, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.
Our modern Scandinavian inspired cabin is situated on a picturesque property just outside of Golden, surrounded by stunning mountains. You'll have plenty of opportunities to relax and rejuvenate in your very own private oasis. You'll have a private fire pit right out the back door, epic mountain views and a shared hot tub.
The cabin features plenty of windows to let in natural light and breathtaking views, a deck with a BBQ, an office area for getting some work done, and a cozy reading nook to unwind and take in the picturesque scenery.

Dogs: 🐕
We love dogs here! Please just make sure they stay off the furniture and linens. We ask that you please pick up after their bathroom breaks and place the bags in the dumpster outside.
Toilet:
Being a rural property we use a septic system therefore, Please only flush toilet paper. (no diapers, paper towels, wet wipes etc..)
Parking:
Please park near the tiny houses and leave the large turnaround area clear
Cooking:
Don’t use metal on the nonstick cooking pots instead use the silicone utensils provided so that the pots/pans stay in good shape!
Ski, bikes and gear:
There is a gear room for skis and bikes. Please leave your gear in there and not in the house to avoid any damages to home.
Noise:
Please Be respectful of the person in the other homes, and keep outdoor music to a minimal after 10pm.
HOT TUB:
Please shower before using the hot tub. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. broken glass will result in a 300$ refill fee.
Garbage:
Don't leave garbage outside. any garbage can go to the dumpster located on the property next to the garage.
BBQ: please burn off any excess food to ensure no animals are attracted
