Summary: The front desk staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is pretty run-down, but it's conveniently close to the airport. When I arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. Tried calling for 40 minutes and waited another 45 for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up to head to the hotel. The continental breakfast was just okay.
