Summary: When I got there I checked in like normal. Got my room cards and went to my room. Went to plug in my phone to charge somebody had left their computer chords still plugged in. I went to grab a hand towel and it was dirty. There was used soap bars still in the shower from a previous person. My kids opened the closet like they do at every hotel and there was somebody’s dirty clothes laying on the bottom of the closet. When it was time for bed we flipped the blankets down and there were black spots all over the blankets. The top blanket had a stain on it that the pillows were on top of to try and cover it. You could tell that our room had not been cleaned in awhile
