This expansive and light-filled lot is on a ridge overlooking the Quechee Club Polo Field and Dewey Pond at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You are five minutes or less from Simon Pearce, Quechee Main Street, and the Quechee Club/Ski Area, as well as convenient to Dartmouth College, Saskadena Six, Dartmouth Ski Way, Pico, Killington, and Okemo.
Entering the home, the bright foyer gives way to an expansive open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining room, plus comfortable seating in the living room with lighted bookshelves. There is a half bath on this main level as well as your primary bedroom - filled with natural light - with a beautifully updated en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms are located above the main-level living area with a shared full bathroom. There is also office space in the loft that connects these rooms, with large windows looking toward the Polo Field and Dewey Pond.
Also on the ground level, there is a full family room with comfortable seating and a smart TV mounted above the fireplace - this room has large windows, a desk, and high ceilings, along with heated floors that add extra coziness for apres ski. There is a light-filled room off the family room perfect for yoga and stretching. Above the family room, you will find another bedroom with an en suite bathroom. You'll also have access to two stalls of the dedicated garage.

The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.
Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
