This property has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and accessories you need to indulge in this home from home experience including microwave, oven, crockery and more! There is also a separate large dining room which looks onto the sea, that you and your guests can admire whilst enjoying your meals. This property sleeps up to 18 people across the 5 bedroom house, with 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet room. The ceiling downstairs within the property are still to their historic standard with prepossessing gold plated patterns and chandeliers. There is a pool table that is accessible for all guests, living room, dining room and separate large kitchen space. This property is all yours during your stay!
This property has a separate outhouse that includes a heated swimming pool, 2 shower rooms and a function room. This can be upgraded to your stay for an additional £100 per evening 5pm - 9pm, or £200 for a full day 10am - 9pm, the more days you book for the pool hire you will be provided a discounted rate. A disclaimer form must be signed in order to add this to your booking & we would require a minimum of 4 days notice to book this.
There is a cleaning fee of £200 per apartment and a fully refundable damage deposit of £500 per apartment, to be paid prior to your arrival.
