We offer a complementary starter pack of coffee, tea, hot coco and chilled / filtered water in the refrigerator. The dining area has a table for two. The living area has a lift top coffee table that makes dinner on the couch just as desirable as dinner at the table.
You will love kicking back in the living space. With a 48 inch TCL-Roku TV you are able to stream whatever your heart desires. We provide the highest speed internet available. From work to gaming, we have you covered.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer all-in-one unit. Toss your clothes in and press start. When when the cycle is complete your clothes will be fresh, clean and DRY!
The linen closet holds extra towels, bedding and backup toiletries. The bathroom has a spacious glass corner shower, vanity with great lighting, a comfort height toilet, a facial bar with a makeup removing wash cloth, name brand hair dryer and flat iron.
The Primary Queen bed is on the main floor and is part of the downstairs open floor plan. All of our bedding is high quality luxury hotel linen. Each night stand has a USB charging dock and an elegant touch lamp. The windows are draped with light filtering curtains, light blocking curtains as well as wood blinds.
Crawl up the library style ladder to the second floor loft to find a giant bean bag, children's toys, books, games and two cute twin beds. This loft is perfect for older children or adults who don't mind a snug, but cozy twin bed. For any younger children, the couch is a great option or we have provided a three inch thick gymnast mat and extra bedding for floor sleeping downstairs.
Besides a safe space for children and their four legged friends, we are most known for our attention to detail and our cleanliness. I personally oversee every cleaning or I do it myself to make sure it is SPOTLESS and disinfected before every guest arrives. We not only clean, but sanitize after each stay. This is our top priority.
The fenced 1/2 acre yard also comes with a covered BBQ area and cozy outdoor patio furniture. Take the top off of the patio coffee table and uncover a propane fire pit which is perfect for…… SMORES!
Upon arrival you will notice a complimentary Smores kit for a little evening snack. (Because who doesn't like a roasted marshmallow every now and then?)
