Summary: Terrible place to stay! Waiting on average 25mins for a lift is ridiculous. Constant banging on the walls from the room next door at random times throughout the night gave me a heartattck at 3am. Requested 11am checkout night before, girl said all good put it in the system, get a call at 10.15am from a rude staff member saying I have missed checkout by 15mins, I told her I requested an 11am checkout last night, she did not care or try to be accomatading. 5mins later loud thumping on the door from housekeeping who where just as rude. Would never recommend staying here!!
