PLUSH PILLOW TOP MATTRESSES in both bedrooms - a king size in the master bedroom and a queen size in the 2nd bedroom. The LA-Z-BOY sleeper sofa in the living room has a surprisingly comfortable thick queen-size memory foam mattress. Bedding provided!
REMODELED with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous tile. Clothes washer & dryer in the unit (no need to haul your laundry to a Laundromat). Full-sized kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, stove, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, and a nice selection of pantry items.
TWO BATHROOMS - a full main bathroom with shower and tub that has safety rails and an en suite 1/2 bathroom in the master bedroom with toilet and sink. Soap and towels provided.
1 HOUR TO PEORIA & PHOENIX. Close enough to attend Spring Training and large sporting events like the Superbowl or go shopping, yet far enough away to escape the noise and congestion.
WICKENBURG AZ is the team roping capital of the world. It's a wonderful western cowboy town that used to be a gold mining town. It's a great spot to explore the desert in your side-by-side.
