Located in a quiet Savannah Suburb, our home is situated right in the heart of the city.
With just a 10-minute drive from iconic River Street, you will find yourself immersed in this city's Historic Downtown District. There, you will be surrounded by endless highly rated restaurants, chic boutiques, and many historic monuments, Squares, parks and more.

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!
This is a two-story home, and there are no bedrooms on the first floor. From the sidewalk, you must go up 6 steps to find the yellow front door. Once inside, you must climb 17-steps to reach the top, where the two bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The first floor has the living room, a half bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room.
Please note: the front door DOES NOT auto-lock. Please take a moment to ensure the deadbolt is locked as you come and go. From the outside, simply pull the door shut tightly and press the lock button. Don't forget to give it a tug afterwards to ensure it is locked before walking away. From the inside, simply turn the deadbolt clockwise.
Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.
House Quirks:
If you want the fan on but the light off in the primary bedroom, turn off at light switch, then turn it back on. The light will be off, but the fan remains on.

- The mirror in the second bedroom opens to face the door for better lighting. Pull gently on the right side to open.
- Microwave use: To open after using, you must push the red Unlock button in the middle of the keypad. Then the large silver button will open the door.

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at 3pm on the day of your arrival. We ask that you please wait until check-in time to enter the home.

You can park for free on the street. Street spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please pay attention to street sweeping times to avoid fines. These times are posted throughout the sidewalk on white and red signs.
The space is hypoallergenic dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting furry friends. Maximum pet weight is 30 lbs. No fighting or dangerous breeds are allowed (Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls, etc).
