The house is located in a residential area of Tegueste. Fenced around its outer perimeter. Independent access and autonomous arrival (key box via PIN), located at the entrance door. Free parking outside.
The Outdoor Zone consists of a Garden of about 300 square meters where you can enjoy food and work remotely, outdoors. A paddle tennis court and a porch.
